Unfortunately due to the large amount of guests, we cant provide accommodation for everyone (or Shape will have to liquidate). Staying somewhere in Nusa Dua is recommended due to it being closer to the venue.

Accomodation
Welcome Drinks - 21.08.2026
This will be a chill get together before the big event and food and cocktails will be served. This will be held at the Pala Rooftop bar at the Kempinski at 6-9pm. It is located at the center of the resort, just ask staff at the lobby and they will guide you there or locate it at 22. on this map.
Please arrive at the Kempinski at 3pm. The resort is massive so it will give you enough time to navigate to the ceremony area which will start at the Presidential Villa. Both hotel staff and wedding organizers will be waiting at the lobby to guide you to the location, however if you guys are lost, ask the staff or locate the area under 15. on the map below.
The Ceremony will be held on the beach right next to the Presidential Villa, you will be escorted there when it is set to start.
Cocktail Hour will be held on the big lawn from 5-6pm (sunset) approx. Relax, drink and don’t forget to take a photo on the large polaroid for the guest book.
The Reception will run from 6 -9:45 approx. Our only request as Bride and Groom is that you all enjoy the ride and make the night unforgettable. There will be a live band playing and plenty of games. Parents, we have seated you closer to the exit so its more convenient to go in and out should the kids need a break. Feel free to use the Presidential Villa if they need some rest.
The afterparty will commence at 10pm to late. Its located in a ballroom at the resort. The Kempinski team will escort us all there. Desert, food and more drinks will be served at the afterparty. Girls we will make sure there will be slippers available. We hope everyone can show out here :)
Sunday Clubbing - 23.08.2026
Will be held at Savaya at the southern part of Uluwatu (30 min drive from Kempinski). We have booked two VIP booths (C2 and C3) see the map below:
We expect about 60 friends to attend however they don’t have any bigger booth so the first 40 people will be counted toward the booth (head count), the rest will have to line up at the door for GA (sorry they are very strict) but you can still join our booth.
We have a combined 10K NZD tab open for our booths but it will most likely be blown so please help us with the excess (one of the groomsman will run the total tab)
Please arrive before 5pm, Savaya has one of the best sunset views for photos. Party the final night with us before we head back home!
